Thank you for your interest in our repossessed collateral.  If you would like to make a bid, please do so on a separate sheet of paper that includes the following information:

*Your Name

*Your address

*Your phone number we can reach you at during the day

*Your highest bid you are willing to pay

Please place your bid in a sealed envelope and mail or deliver to our main office located at 202 9th Ave SE Olympia WA 98501. Please indicate on the outside of the envelope which collateral you are bidding on.

Please remember that this opportunity is due to someone else’s misfortune.  Olympia Credit Union is here to help all our members and we will do our best to get a fair price for our member. Therefore we also provide a low book and high book value on each collateral item. The accepted bid will likely be in the range between low and high book depending on collateral type, condition and marketability.

If none of the bids are sufficient we will continue taking bids until a sufficient bid is received.  The bids are confidential and will not be revealed to anyone.

If your bid is accepted you will be contacted at the phone number you provide on your bid sheet. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours we could accept another bid voiding the acceptance of your bid. Once your bid is accepted you have 2 business days to remit the funds to our office.
