Fraud Alert
Olympia Credit Union does not initiate any phone calls, text messages, or send ANY emails requesting personal or account information. Local credit unions have reported recent calls and text messages asking for member PINs on their cards in order to activate a card. We will not call you to activate a card and we will NEVER ask you for your PIN to your card. We may text or email you to verify a transaction, but will not ask for personal or account information.
If you receive suspicious emails, please forward them to Olympia Credit Union at info@olycu.org. Do not click on any attachments or links within the email. If someone initiates a call to you claiming to be from the credit union and asks for personal or account information, please HANG UP and call us directly.
OCU suggests that you do not respond to any emails or phone calls that request personal or account information.
Dispute forms (ATM/DEBIT or CREDIT only)
If you have fraudulent transactions on your account please contact the credit union immediately to block your card.
If it is after hours please call : LOST/STOLEN OCU VISA ATM, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARDS – CALL 1-888-241-2510.
To dispute the fraudulent ATM/DEBIT or CREDIT CARD transactions on your account, please contact Olympia Credit Union directly by either calling or emailing us with details about the fraudulent charge(s).
If you are disputing an ATM/DEBIT or CREDIT transaction for other reasons NOT related to FRAUD, please print the form below. Carefully follow the instructions and fill out the form to bring in or send to the credit union.
